Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Our main priority is helping all our customers get through this difficult time. We want you to know that we’re here to help and we’re doing everything we can to keep you and your business communications running. In light of the Government advice we have scaled-down staffing at our office to a skeleton crew on a rotating basis whilst the remainder are homeworking. Our office phones are being manned, so please bear with us if we don’t answer straight away or if you have to call back and in the short term, we advise that you contact your account manager should you have any immediate queries.
We are still able to fulfill any orders that you may require. In particular, we are able to supply a temporary 30-day contracts for voice and mobile broadband at very reasonable rates to assist you in providing homeworking facilities for your staff. Again, please contact your Account Manager to discuss the various options available
The supply of IT hardware is proving more difficult as stocks run low (particularly of laptops) and lead times are extended. We are fulfilling as many orders as possible and office opening hours are as normal. Just email email@example.com for all your IT enquiries.
We are opening up our Mobile, Telecoms and IT support service for free of charge to any Business, who are not Blue Portal customers and need advice during this difficult period.
